AI says normal is only like 18-20 at BDL which may be a bit low. At least thats one thing we can hang our hats on here in this pit, hitting 90 more than anyone else in the region. -

Here it was just a brief moderate shower. Hopefully that's it for today. Nothing more behind this on radar right now, but will keep an eye on it in case something else pops up.

I don’t really care much for convection unless it’s a biggun. I’m more happy for the natural rainfall. -

What a day. Sox, storms, dews...perfect -
Even the pool water is humid
-
True - todays are taking 5 minutes to pop up and produce heavy rains another fast popper near south Old Bridge
-
In south plainfield pretty good downpour but not much else
-
91/73. Feels worse. Bring me October
-
winds picking up here near North Edison/Colonia/Iselin temps will be dropping too at northern edge of system over South Edison/ Sayreville
-
Not nearly as widespread as yesterday though. Yesterday we had lines of storms, unlike the isolated smaller cells today.
-
With the 2pm reading this is the 19th day so far this year CEF has been AOA 90. The total last year was 27. Probably will fall a bit short of that this year. Normal im guessing is in the low 20's.
-
0.27 in the Davis here. That cell to the west is pulsing down now.

Yea it’s in no way a primed environment but simply having an active storm out there this year is going to be an atmospheric accomplishment -
I am wondering if these 2 are going to merge in central NJ - this turning out like yesterday but about 2 hours earlier
-
Yeah that cell that popped in Somerset County might clip me and miss you just to the south. It's gonna be very close here -- looks like I'm gonna be on the northern edge of it. Glad this stuff is coming through early instead of later when I have the cookout.
-
We'll see how much we can heat back up after these clouds move out in the next hour.
-
There wasn’t a lot of wind in general except for two brief periods when I was under the worst of it. The gust was to 25 mph, which is decent for here with all the trees, .71” thru the tipper.
