Fropa about 15 minutes ago.  Westerly winds 10-20, gusting to 30.  Heavy rain.  Total today 0.89" so far.  Temperature drop of 14 degrees in 15 minutes...from 60 down to 46 at the moment and still dropping rapidly.  Pressure bottomed out at 29.20".  Radar sure looks promising for some snow.  It's snowing all the way back to eastern OH.

I expect the first flakes to begin mixing in when my temp reaches 37.  Now 45 degrees (at 8:20).

Front coming through now experienced the same temp drop. Heavy rain  blowing sideways.

Just checked the airpark. They're at .37". Funny thing is, I thought the radar today was similar in both of our areas. I guess not!

Haha I thought the opposite. I didn’t think you were THAT far behind me but there were times throughout the day when i was getting trained pretty good and it looked like you were just missing out on it. I don’t love the way that last sentence reads haha.

I like seeing the heavy plume of rain intensifying all the way down to central NC. Hopefully we still have a solid moisture feed after we switch to snow.

The section of the line coming at us has really weakened in the past 15 minutes. Heavier cells north of Harrisburg and of course down in MD/VA.

The Sterling radar is picking up the line better down in Lancaster Rand York counties

Yup, I’m out and about and I saw a lightning strike in Bellwood about 20 minutes ago. I-99 is a pretty rough drive right now visibility wise and the road isn’t even snow covered yet. Very windy with the heavy snow
