If these bands are truly that dynamic, I wonder if we’ll hear a similar report to what I experienced on 3/14/17 with getting 8” inches in about 90 minutes between 9:30-11 AM that day

Got some beer and an interesting cheap bottle of Bourbon, gotta get a mixer tomorrow. I haven't started the generator in way too long and only have some old gas so I guess I should get a new gas can, fresh gas and a can of starter fluid.

Im once again tempting fate and driving home tmrw. Last storm coming home from AC it took about 5 1/2. This time im coming from maryland. Should be much easier this time. I hope.

Can confirm that it wasn’t til afternoon that the general public caught on.  This morning 2 friends replied “What snow?” to my texts, but by the time ran some errands in the afternoon, everyone’s hair was on fire

We go to the one in Poughkeepsie and Wappingers. My first experience with Adams was close to 45 years ago in Kingston. Stew Leonard’s is very good as well.

Been to a Stew Leonard’s once. I really wish we would get a Trader Joe’s around here but Adam’s has great stuff. I was familiar with going to the Newburgh one from when it opened there and was stoked when I heard they were building one in Middletown.

I'm pretty much at the saturation point of model watching. I'm going to try my best to stay off the forums tomorrow and just enjoy what I'm hoping is an entertaining storm. My goal is beating Januarys 16+ anything less than 12 now I think I'd be a little bummed.

Yep all good they needed babysitting help and my wife thinks this is the only niece or nephew we will have, and now that our kids are old enough to not give a crap about us most of the time shes taking advantage of that…and me. Lol

Not a strong wind fan either, want just enough for drifting but not enough for power issues. When was the last time we had a Blizzard Warning up here? I honestly don't recall.

I've told this story before, March 93 I was working in a grocery while in college. Around 3am that Friday night/Saturday morning the cops had to be called because two guys were fist fighting over one of the last loaves of bread.

I really can't recall either. I don't really look for them knowing what they technically mean, I can do without it.  Like you I'm  not a big fan of the wind. Give me 20 to 30 inches of snow with a calm wind and I'm good. I don't  need the blizzard warning, like so many seem to need on the main thread, to justify a storm.
