Holston_River_Rambler
Maybe some pareidolia on my part, but it almostlooks liek there is a little boundary running from central KY to near Greene county, TN:
John1122
Back to back bands without sun dropped 3/4ths of an inch. After the second band the sun returned. Cloudy again now with another band minutes away.
Daniel Boone
We picked up 1.25" in 20 minutes awhile ago. Before that the heavier showers missed here with just a few dustings. Norton and Wise picked up 1-2 inches last night. Not heard from anyone there this Afternoon.

Oddly, looks like a front moving South through Kentucky and West Virginia as well; a deformation band of sorts. That area has had solid light snow with it with an area of moderate to heavy from extreme east ky through Charleston WV. They got dumped on in that tather narrow solid area.

I have noticed it off and on today. Honestly, I am a little surprised there have not been reports of rumbles of thunder. Might just be too cold.

I eatched it to my West and was thinking how I wished it had crossed here. We had a period of gusty Winds that came from that direction as it was wsw of here.
caitsaunt
It was snowing on and off in downtown Chattanooga most of the day yesterday - not enough to even stick to cars but it looked like a pretty snow globe all day. I came home to Signal Mountain around 5 and the flakes were bigger and steadier. My car was covered a few hours later. What a nice treat! 3
Wurbus
I wound up with about a tenth of an inch in Knoxville. We had a band come through around 7pm last night that dropped that. Other than that, had a few off and on show showers throughout the day with sun mixed in between. Great early November treat to start off the season!
