I dont think its a sensor issue, its more a more accurate representation of the city, is the debate.

It's a bit warm at home. Little bit of relief at the beach but there's not much wind coming off the water. Still sweating about as fast as I can consume water. Ocean temp is 71 per my watch sensor.

MPO reached 90° which is just off the all-time June high of 92°.

Some of these local HI readings are getting close to the suffocating heat of 1995.

Amazing to think we can go from this to backdoor drizzly gunk on Thu and Fri. GFS is back to strong easterly wind misery those two days.

It might stay in the low 70s on Friday. I think we'll welcome a cool cloudy day after this tremendous heat.

at Newark it was 80 with a 101 temperature, so within range.

Newark new record at 101 and Central Park has tied the record of 96 from 1888 (not 1988 lol).
