Southern Chesco fared well.  Some heavy downpours and thunder.  Lost power.  Had to come home to fetch a big delivery off the porch.  It's not soaked but have some wet cardboard.  Power is on here.  Heavier stuff was northeast of me, and yeah Jersey getting hammered.

I knew severe weather was possible today, I was thinking wind, maybe some downed limbs and a power outage or two. But I didn't have flooding on my bingo card.

There's water in my basement and garage. Water rescues in and around Lansdale/Towamencin. Looks like 2.25" -- most of which fell in about 30 minutes.

Norman, OK re-upped the Watches!  I did see the cells popping way west of here.

When the sun came out, the temp started shooting up and I did hit a high (so far) of 77 just before 4 pm, when it started clouding up again.  Currently 75 and cloudy with dp a juicy 70.

I was so curious while at work what my weather station would register for that storm (I have an older model, not connected to the Internet, only wireless to the base station.) Just got home and 1.72”. It’s certainly not normal to be at 5” rain mid month! Hope the line to the west disintegrates before it gets here as we really cannot absorb anymore water.
