jm1220
Good trends overnight. We don’t need much at least around the city for an advisory event. Hopefully we see it continue with a slightly stronger system.
SnoSki14
2-4" looks good for central NJ. Would be a nice little event.

MJO812
Heavier precip getting close to south shore of NYC on eps. More lows came north .
BoulderWX
1-3/2-4 — not much to track until reaLtime obs. A wiggle north. A wiggle south. Both will happen until the snow falls. Models pretty much useless at this point for this mini event.

Would hate to live there for snowstorms.

EastonSN+
The winds aren't exactly off the water, however, this is where warmer water temps/higher dew points can help us! We lose a little snow on a storm like the last, we gain a little potentially in a storm like this. 1

The northern tip of Manhattan is Almost as far north as the northern Bronx. Midtown south is another story. Concrete jungle.

Happy you got into the action last storm and hope you get a refresher tomorrow

We might do well here.

Northern parts of the city also have some elevation and pockets of natural forrest. Temps usually are about a degree or 2 colder up here.
