For SE PA, yes, but the precip cutoff is well north. State College, Williamsport, and Scranton are close to heavy snow again. Not that it matters for this subforum but it’s a clear sign that the south trend has stopped for good.

* WHERE...Delaware and Philadelphia.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 3 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Briefly heavy snow will be possible
  around the time of the morning commute, with snowfall rates up
  to 1 inch per hour possible. There is uncertainty regarding
  snow amounts and how efficiently the snow will accumulate on
  roads, given mild temperatures with precipitation starting as
  rain overnight.

Messing w/you. Could be graupel or minor hallucinations? Happens to the best of weenies.

Thinking some frozen stuff mixing in/changing by 3am for the far burbs, by 5am for mid/upper Mont/Bucks counties and 6am+ for Philly and lower Mont/Bucks counties.

The earlier the better of course...
