The local TV stations had laughably low forecasts the day before the event. There were lots of surprised people that had no idea we would get 5 to 7 inches of snow in the Harrisburg area. Warren, PA to Greencastle, PA in the same NWS coverage watch area is 203 miles. And it's not like the geographic makeup of the land is similar. If this were flat like Kansas, I'd be less of a prick about this, but there's so many little differences.
