The lower levels of those massive semi-circle parking garages seem like a good option, especially Terminal D's, since the west side is wrapped and mostly shielded by the terminal.  I'd duck in if the radar looks risky, I bet the parking fee is cheaper than the insurance deductable in America's hail capital.

haha Thanks so much! I need to watch radar closely from now on.

Indeed.

But that's one hell of a sounding for monster-sized hail and collapsing storms.

   URGENT - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED
   Tornado Watch Number 133
NWS Storm Prediction Center Norman OK
   350 PM CDT Mon May 3 2021

The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a

   * Tornado Watch for portions of
     Southeast Oklahoma
     North-central Texas

   * Effective this Monday afternoon and evening from 350 PM until
     1100 PM CDT.

Scattered damaging winds and isolated significant gusts to 80
       mph likely
Scattered large hail and isolated very large hail events to 3.5
       inches in diameter likely

SUMMARY...Intense supercells are expected to initiate along the

east and west of a line from 10 miles northeast of Muskogee OK to 40
miles southwest of Waco TX. For a complete depiction of the watch
see the associated watch outline update (WOUS64 KWNS WOU3).

   PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

REMEMBER...A Tornado Watch means conditions are favorable for
tornadoes and severe thunderstorms in and close to the watch
area. Persons in these areas should be on the lookout for
threatening weather conditions and listen for later statements
   and possible warnings.

Low-level wind profiles will probably improve somewhat near and after 00Z. The question is whether storms can stay discrete long enough to take advantage of that.

Looks like initiation may be underway in Parker County east of Mineral Wells as of 2120Z.

Common theme of most events in the Plains for quite a few years now.

The old race between improving shear profiles, and storm mode.

SVR for Parker and Tarrant counties, storm motion off of the dryline is more north than east it seems (upscale growth says hi). Storm direction could change obviously, but right now, that's how it's looking.

why pay the entry fee when there are so many underpasses available? ;)

At any rate, we're seeing a pretty classic touching off of supercells right now

If I'm not mistaken, this would be the first 2021 tornado report in FWD's CWA.

The sky here looks really nasty now. Lightning's picking up and hearing cracks of thunder.

Seems a cell is bubbling up just to the SW of  me.
