gravitylover
I'm west of it but it's still snowing here. Sky has been getting lighter for the last hour but the snow hasn't let up much.

You are literally right at the edge of the precip shield lol.. Pretty much right on the taconic. Starting to pivot and lift NE now.
gravitylover
I know the temp is going up and the sun is getting stronger because the street has mostly melted off. Snowfall rate is pretty much the same as it was and surprisingly the flake size is better. I am ~5 miles due east of the Taconic.

gravitylover
Appears to be winding down now, heavier than flurries but not quite light and teeny tiny flakes. Looks to be about 1". edit: 10 minutes later and that's all she wrote.
chietanen
The GFS, GEM, and Euro all basically have a "sucker" zone over our area through the weekend. Gotta love it!

We might see that back edge fill in a little bit as it interacts with the clipper over the lakes. Very light flurries here in Fishkill.
gravitylover
It just keeps on keepin' on. I love when a "storm" doesn't want to end even if the whole thing doesn't add up to enough to cover your shoes it's nice to have it snow all day.
