I would doubt it. Those areas don't even get below 40 degrees on the NAM:

Yeah, the sounding for White Plains doesn't get below 5C at the surface, even tomorrow morning with strong NNW flow funneling cool air down the Hudson Valley. Even with 850s of -2 to -3 and favorable surface winds, I think it's just too late in the season to cool off the lower atmosphere to support snow near the coastline. 

 

If it were a few weeks earlier, we'd stand a good chance. Flakes flew in Westchester on 5/10/1977 and accumulating snow has been reported here as late as 4/27/1967. This time it's just a little too late, though...
