Are you heading over seas?

The flight to LHR is the only over seas flight our crappy airport has but it does leave at 920.

I forgot about that lovely flight to Berlin that just started twice a week on air Berlin, we are a hotbed of international flights.

Yep to london

Yeah you will get out, Intl flight just about always gets priorities. You will get out ahead of the line of storms as you are heading NE. You may encounter some turbulence as you climb out and get over Long Island, nothing major though. Have a great trip

That was the forecast posters in this subforum were pointing towards for here in the June 1st outbreak as well. At least our area came much closer to meeting 'potential' with 12 tornadoes. But, as has been pointed out, that was a lot of gear-up for an event where the vast majority of us never saw any severe weather.

Well since we are all weather lovers I guess its to be expected but unfortunate when the other side is mocked. Saying squall lines were usually more interesting last night drew some of that..

I see some lightning!

Right my bad Condor Air, IAD has more flights per hour going international than we have the entire year. It is such a pain in my ass going to IAD every time i go international. I have actually started using PHL much more often it is about the same distance from my house as IAD and in rush hour it is actually shorter to get there.

Not bad for you then, PHL is way worse with delays over IAD. PHL is a traffic nightmare flying into and out of there.
