  1. GEFS are different in Canada but still a massive hit with some wiggle room and upside still.
  2. GEFS aren't buying what the CMC is selling wrt the TPV lobe to the North. Totally different looks in Canada. Looking forward to the GEPS.
  3. If that NS (tpv) lobe placement is correct, just a little more southerly nudge or wobble of that Rex block and we are talking HECS+
  4. So do you think DC is the N brick wall with this one?
  5. Congrats VA. Bullseye a week out, what could possibly go wrong? (Hint: ask SC)
  6. The CMC is going neg tilt. So close to getting the tpv or a piece of it to interact.
  7. Maybe those tucked 6z GEFS slp plots around VA Beach have some legs.
  8. TPV lobe boogies on out quickly this run. Looks norther.
  9. GFS is suddenly the most aggressive model wrt snowfall/frozen. 4-6" here, some sleet.
  10. I'm comparing the 500mb maps at hr 72 vs 6z and the ridging and energy are both ticked N sir....more notable at 78 onward. Early in the run your glance was right. Where it matters things look torched and N.
  11. ICON ticked S with the heavier band of snow....just N of my area now. Still has central Bucks in 1-3" range but a good chunk of that is sleet.
  12. Man, the ICON pummels parts of the sub, DC in particular....and yet eerie silence.
  13. Yep. Not about to cave yet, but the rest of 12z needs to show improvements down this way.
  14. Better PNA ridging and better ridging out ahead of a better looking sw rolling out of the Rockies and in the Plains. Caveat, I'm not very smart either. If I was I would have given up this hobby years ago. Or maybe that's just a lack of common sense? Maybe both.
