  1. We even saw a little sun. I even thought about going to the golf course to do some chipping and putting. When it came time to shut down, it was pouring buckets and the temp had dropped to 41. I did end up going down to Montpelier and walking the bike path after dinner. So all wasn’t lost.
  2. A few years ago, when we went out to Vegas, we went to the pinball hall of fame. That was really cool. Just a huge warehouse with arcade games dating way back to the early 20th century. You could play them all too. I’m not even a huge pinball or arcade guy but I loved it.
  3. @backedgeapproachinghas been holding out on us.
  4. Don’t drive 3 hours north.
  5. I bet you wish you had installed, don't you?
  6. 0.44" today and 2.29" since yesterday. I guess we will be getting May flowers?
  7. I have a WS-7078 that my wife got me for Christmas a couple of years ago. I like it and it seems to be pretty accurate. The batteries have a decent lifespan.
  8. So you're saying you don't appreciate good ole Yankee ingenuity?
  9. It looks like 1.90" will be it for the first round of misery. This week looks no bueno.
  10. Yeah, the streams are full. 1.79” here and it’s raining again after a brief break.
  11. I’m in Lake Placid for the weekend. After dinner I took a weenie ride over to Saranac Lake. I didn’t drive over to the airport but I couldn’t really see why tho place radiates so well. I guess it is in an elevated bowl but the high peaks are southeast of here and the other Mts. Don’t seem that high. Maybe if I had driven to the airport it would have been more apparent.
  12. Have you cleared that with the Pope?
  13. Is it me or does his camera tend to linger on the ladies?
  14. Thank god that photo stops where it does at the upper thigh.
  15. https://medlineplus.gov/shingles.html#:~:text=Shingles (herpes zoster) is an,cause problems for many years. What is shingles? Shingles (herpes zoster) is an infection that causes a painful rash. It is caused by the varicella-zoster virus (VZV). This is the same virus that causes chickenpox. After you have chickenpox, the virus stays in your body. It may not cause problems for many years. But as you get older, the virus may become active again and cause shingles.
  16. Pretty much the same with me in regards to vaccines. My wife, however is a different story. She had the pneumococcal injection last week and still has some pain. That happens to her with most vaccinations.
  17. You've crushed my .03 so far
  18. That’s why I got this last year. I can open the window and leave it installed.
  19. I think this is the latest in spring skiing attire.
  20. I got to 83 so I snagged a 45° diurnal.
  21. 37.9° for the low here and we are already at 73.9°. The 40° diurnal would seem to be a lock.
