  11. Here is the Winooski River at Montpelier. My boss lives basically across the street from the gauge site. Look at the rapid jump.
  12. My boss lives on State St. in Montpelier, just as you are leaving town before you get to the cemetery and she is starting to flood. My brother in law and sister in law's road in Moretown washed out this morning sometime after he left for work but before she did.

  15. I have the ws-7078 and think the same about it. I will say that there is another Ambient PWS around the corner from me so Ive started comparing and we’ve been close with the last event, so whatever happens isn’t consistent. I’ve thought about getting a regular gauge but just haven’t. They aren’t expensive, I just haven’t done it.
  16. I don’t know what to think. We’ve got Jerry’s years of experience but George is nearly always wildly, extravagantly wrong. What does it mean when they’re on the same side? I’m torn.
  17. In VT, it seemed like I-89 was a dividing line. South of 89 got it much worse, up to and including Waterbury. North of 89 had some damage but not nearly as bad.
  18. Sort of the same, general area. Wider coverage during Irene, obviously.
