    Definitely a much better position to be in than last year. Even with mixed junk that fell yesterday, there was a net gain.

    Same here but ended up with only .5” of snow. Looks like it adhered to ice somewhat decently so hopefully my driveway isn’t a complete skating rink.

    We were actually progressing along decently until winter took a 2 week break and we lost our starting base.

    I was hanging out in BTV when they started and I know I must have seen them at Nectar's at some point, I just don't remember it. Must have been the 25 cent drafts across the street.

    .25” today at home. I missed it here as I was at the office in Montpelier. It snowed there but didn’t seem to be any accumulation.

    They were a VT company but off-shored a few years ago.

    I bought some at Costco a few years ago that have been great. I'm not an expert in any way, shape or form and they have been easy to use with simple bindings and came with good poles. I think they were Yukon Charlie? I'll check when I get home. They were $79 or $89 I think.

    I have a different model Ambient (cheaper) I bought some shelf brackets and a piece of shelving and mounted on one of my back deck posts. I think it’s 8’-10’ off the ground. I know it’s too close to the house for good wind readings but the shed it’s mounted on makes a good elevated measuring board. I am thinking about putting a 4x4 post in a better place in the back yard.

    My best friend's daughter is moving to Presque Isle with her boyfriend next summer. He bought a concrete casting business up there. You don't hear about too many young people moving in up there.
