Based on the latest satellite loop, Sam looks like it is going NNE now. NHC will probably update that at the 8pm advisory.

Eye definitely not circular, but it is visible again on satellite photos. Also looks like Sam is a bit lopsided.

First pass was 932MB second pass is 943. ERC causing the pressure to go up or did they miss the area of lowest pressure?

Since I do not see a banter thread for Sam I will ask this here. What are the chances that Sam will make it to a Cat 5? At first I thought it would reach it, but the models don't seem to get it to be that powerful. But they also seem to be underperforming what is actually going on with Sam.
