This is the most simultaneous flash flood emergencies I've ever seen.

Looks like the extrapolated pressure is still dropping slightly. We'll see in the next dataset, but it might go below 940 mb.

If colder cloud tops wrap around the southern part of the eye, we are probably looking at pressure readings in the 930s

Flight level winds now 97 knots in the western side of Helene as recon approaches the eye, that's a marked increase from precious recon missions and shows that the storm is a bit more symmetrical now.

70 mph gust was just recorded in downtown St Petersburg with some of the outer bands moving through now. Not bad considering the storm's distance from them.

Granted it's extrapolated, but that indicates some significant deepening between passes.

I'm in central Staten Island, it looks like the line really consolidated as it neared the eastern part of the borough and Brooklyn. Best is still near coastal NJ (from Asbury Park southward)

Storms exploded overhead after looking to mostly miss me to the south. Nothing severe, but very heavy rain and decent winds.

Confirmed tornado on that one as well. Wild day.

It was really cool to see the whispy disconnected hook echo a few scans ago. Much more defined now.

The northern cell now has a tornado on the ground as well. Velocity scans look pretty impressive for this area.
