  1. only about 1” or 1.5” in Owings Mills. Guess I’ll go for a drive tomorrow to northern Carroll to see some snow.
  2. I lived in a good spot for the rgem in 2021. It was only off by 45 inches. I will never again respect it
  3. I was in college living in Lynchburg for the Jan 2000 event. It was a surprise there too. One of my friends left his dorm window open that night and woke up with a good bit of snow in his bed. Danville and South Boston had 12-16 inches. In Lynchburg we had 9-10 inches.
  4. I was still living In Winchester in 2016 and it was more snow there then 96, 2010 or 2003. Feb 83 may have been closer to 2016. I was almost 3 years old for that one and can barely remember it but my dad said it was close to 3 feet of snow also in Frederick county VA.
  5. Bwi went over 6” in 2022. Tony Pann tweeted that out earlier this week. I don’t recall receiving over 6” in Owings Mills but maybe we did
  6. Yeah i was about to share the same thing. Sue Palka would not have allowed that
  7. Think we’ve prob picked up another inch in Owings Mills but I haven’t measured yet. Looking at the radar, two inches certainly isn’t out of the question
  8. Starting to see the radar fill in around Baltimore. Might see flakes in the next hour or so hopefully
  9. My sister said snow started in strasburg Va within last half hour
  10. What a massive storm. Touching Nebraska and Virginia at the same time
  11. Doug K from nbc 4 in DC also shows the graf but he doesn’t use it if he thinks it’s wrong.
  12. Bernie Rayno isn’t buying the NAM/HRR. Thinks heaviest snow is DC south.
  13. Icon nearly doubled the snow output for Baltimore county.
  14. While we’re waiting, Can someone explain what caused the gfs to be slightly south of its 18z run? Was it confluence or or a more southerly track or a weaker low?
  15. Agree I’d rather be trusting the euro, nam and gfs then the icon and rgem.
  16. Jackpot from Eldersbutg to Baltimore. If only
  17. I don’t know why anyone pays attention to the rgem snow totals. Must have short memories. It that gave Baltimore 50 inches of snow in two days in 2021 and was off by 45 inches.
  18. I think gfs comes more north but not expecting a huge jump. Bulls eye probably gets close to dc latitude wise
  19. Yeah I kinda have a feeling those of us on the northeastern edge aren’t gonna know until the last minute
  20. Good to see a north trend on gfs. Pretty big move from 12z
