    More forecasts of 2-4" and 3-6" of rain this year than of snowfall? A good stretch of 70s/50s after Thursday, the pool is going to cool down pretty quickly at that rate.

    What kind of heat pump system do you have? I am looking to covert from oil to a heat pump system. I am concerned about the coldest winter periods being too cold for the heating system's efficiency.

    My bill 2 months ago, without solar was $420. Pool, central air, 3 kids. 2600 square foot. Solar was only up and running for 20 days and it went down to $85.00 the past month. Our average bill before solar was 230 per month our monthly solar bill is less than that and our payoff is around 8 years.

    Raining pretty good right now, only an 1.25" yesterday. I did find some damage though....

    Watching the big batch of rain headed this way fizzle before it gets here, almost like it dries out as it goes down the huge 900 ft "mountains" around here...At this rate we will get less rain from this tropical system than we did from the randoms storm earlier in the week. Almost 0.50" so far, wind gust maybe near 25 mph for the peak

    yup, we take this forecast....a few inches of rain with winds up to 35 mph is fine by me

    Definitely was not fighting the cover today, so it is was it is. If we are out of power for too long, it will become a swamp in no time. Pool season is quickly coming to an end, need to soak in every minute. Thinking 4-8 inches of rain out this way, probably some gusts to 50. Good luck out your way, going to feel more "hurricane" like out that way

    On the eve of the Henri rainstorm, for us westerners, it is swim time. 81⁰ pool temp, it might take a week to get the pool back in order...

    93.6⁰/74⁰....its hot The lack of rain is causing the moss growing under the trees to become crispy and peel away from the ground....

    I love the people who always say that such events always happened before when they were kids and that records were made to be broken. I mean come on, records broken by multiple degrees, multiple days in a row. Only to be broken the following year....

    past 30 days just 1.29", hopefully we clean up this winter. Just not the 33 degree kind of cleanup

    Dry here, unreal...outside of the first 14 days of July we have been dry here. A whopping 0.04" since August 1st
