  1. I had 1.5" yesterday, it was beautiful outside last night and the snow sparkled in the sunshine as the sun came up. I would love 2 ft of snow, but any snow is better than mud or brown glaciers....
  2. A crisp 0.0° for the low this morning, now a balmy 3.7°....At least the pack has become a glacier, we have had quite the 10 day run for the snow pack(currently 15" in the shady, north facing locations and about ten in sunny spots). But I suspect one of these systems ends up being a big rainer, hope I'm wrong.
  3. had almost an hour of snizzle or even some freezing rain....finally some noticeable flakes mixing back in. 1.3" and 28.2° atm
  4. 1.3", just a few flurries flying at the moment....23.7°
  5. nice growth on this band pulling through, but looks like the goods are shifting north....1.1" so far, 18.3°
  6. it is ok, not like it was on Sunday...0.7" now, 15.6°
  7. yup, it has been a great 10 day period. Looks like our stretch sort of ends with this snow. Maybe we start another on Sunday? Thursday/Friday looks like cold and dry...
  8. 14.5° on the other side of town, just measured a 0.5" so far. Nice moderate snow continues, looks great out there.
  9. Light snow with a temp of 13.6⁰ after a low of 7.2⁰...everything is coated. Wife is on her way to work and said the roads are covered on 84, near Danbury.
  10. Euro would probably end up giving more tomorrow than I got yesterday. Looks good, definitely borderline along the coast.
  11. Nam is coming in a bit north, brings rain into the southern counties of CT, probably just the Nam being the Nam
  12. Epic sunset tonight, awesome evening after the snow....
  13. Yeah it is kind of odd...5.5" here, the last hour or so was wetter and compacted the fluff from earlier. Might have actually had a bit more, but it was already smashed down
  14. I thought we were good at 2-4 here, I will happily be wrong...
  15. 4.5" here, still snowing nicely...maybe 5-6 inches when all is over. Pure fluff, has to be pushing 15 or 20 to 1
  16. Looks great....2.7" so far with cotton balls falling right now
  17. Small weenie band developing from Danbury through Southbury, let's see if it expands or moves out, otherwise 3-4 inch totals should do it here
  18. No complaints here...looks great, blizzards are fun but there is something to watching heavy snow fall with no wind
  19. Just measured 2 inches, super fluffy stuff...27.7⁰ under a quarter mile visibility, radar returns aren't that impressive though
  20. 1 inch so far here in Southbury, temp down to 27.3⁰....visibility has been below a half mile for the past hour
  21. Painfully close, probably stays just south of here....
  22. And just like that, moderate snow with everything coated...29.3⁰
  23. Yeah, my wife gives me that look quite a bit, lol....flakes just started here, looks like the line of haves and have nots has developed and I am just north of it, oh well on to next week. 2-4 is just fine!
  24. 24.3/17 atm with heavy cloud cover...waiting for the first flakes Expecting 2-4 inches here, hoping to bust too low
