BULLETIN - EAS ACTIVATION REQUESTED Tornado Warning National Weather Service Baltimore MD/Washington DC 1156 PM EDT Tue Sep 12 2023 The National Weather Service in Sterling Virginia has issued a * Tornado Warning for... Central Harford County in northern Maryland... East central Baltimore County in northern Maryland... * Until 1230 AM EDT. * At 1155 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Perry Hall, or near Middle River, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...For those in the direct path of a tornado touchdown, flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Damage to roofs, siding, and windows may occur. Mobile homes may be damaged or destroyed. Tree damage is likely. * This dangerous storm will be near... Bel Air South, Bel Air North, Fallston, Kingsville, and Pleasant Hills around 1200 AM EDT. Riverside and Perryman around 1205 AM EDT. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Nottingham, Edgewood, Fork, Benson, Magnolia, Bradshaw, Bynum, Joppatowne, Abingdon, and Joppa. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...   2. 0.06 of an inch in that system. I am not seeing any signs of anything more at least a week! This stunk! I was so hopeful. Since Friday, we managed a meager 0.89 0.98 for the last 31 days! That is still not going to cut it!

  7. That little thundershower was so small it made it look like lightning out of the blue! I do see what looks like rotation on that storm in Front Royal. Interesting.

  12. Recorded a trace here in Purcellville. 94.5 for a high. 75 degrees now.
