  1. Wind chill advisory here now in addition to the winter storm warning.
  2. Short range models recognizing a Lee side trough with convective snow showers Christmas Day. Interesting.
  3. Euro goes from about 45 degrees at 18Z Christmas Eve to 25 degrees at 0Z here. Wow.
  4. Euro trying to fold like a cheap tent to the GFS. Hate to see it
  5. Not sure if you’re meaning just Christmas but there were several mornings it was single digits to 0 after the big snow in December 09.
  6. 18Z NAM beefing up the wintry totals Sunday morning.

  8. Light snow here this morning. Must have had some nice freezing drizzle or fog overnight as the car froze back over.

  18. Off topic but the 18Z GFS just gave us a white Christmas.
  19. Yes it is. I’d love to avoid that freezing rain.
  20. At the 11th hour, euro finally fully onboard now. Actually keeps the east facing areas as all frozen throughout event now as either freezing rain or snow.
  21. If you like significant ice storms, the trend is your friend.
