    Drops about 7 inches at your homestead. I still don’t buy that precip split before it cranks up. Probably ticks up in subsequent runs.

    My grandpa had property up on the McDowell Mitchell line that he had on the market for years and no bites as the terrain is a bit steep getting to it. When the riots increased, it was a bidding war on that property. Everyone bidding was from major metro areas.

    It’s a fine line, further south and less amped is cooler but less moisture.
