    A warm up may come, but every time it’s been forecasted in the medium to long range, the SER gets pounded down every time.

    Pretty significant ice storm here per Euro. Think that’s been a given the past few days. Actually goes from freezing rain to snow.

    Only reason I’m skeptical is because all models agree. Just not use to seeing that at day 7 these days.

    If the high shown on the models today is what the high looks like at game time, it will be much colder at the surface. I’ll take this look synoptically 100/100

    Ice storm is coming between now and end of Jan. Book it.

    UK only goes out to 144 but extrapolating it was going to be a major winter storm for WNC and N/W of 85.

    Looks like Saturday won’t be above freezing here. I don’t see too much warm out there in the future.

    Yep that’s where it really hit hard for me coming through. Which was also an area that did well last storm. That little additional elevation making the difference then and now. Looked like Mt Ida was getting clocked too.

    Agree. Seems like down here it’s going to be rate dependent and that additional elevation just on the bypass is paying off too.
