  1. Some photos of the winter snows that started in the Cascades of Washington last month.
  2. Wow 4 years I have been making this thread. Hard to believe but it would not be successful without the others who post in here. It is an honor to be apart of this. As seen in the title I have included the foothills as some have expressed interest in posting in this thread during the winter so I have included that in the title. As we are fast approaching winter and our first freeze being just a couple of days away it appears and to the likes of SnoJoe requesting this thread start up I figured now is as good as any other time to start this thread. This winter has all possibilities for us. We could be looking at a banner year or a warm winter with just a few snows here and there. So lets get started speculating about this upcoming season and see how it all pans out. Looking forward to late nights and disappointments!
  3. Ok it is time to take this threat serious as we head into Halloween and the 1st of November!

  5. Hello ladies and gentleman I was seeing how available people would be during the summer in the foothills and the mountains to come together in Asheville and meet our fellow neighbors. I am open for opinions and ideas. I had thought Asheville would be a great place to go get some great food and sit around getting to know one another. Anyway post away if interested. Thanks!
  6. Thought I would start a thread on some of the events the mountains will see from now through the 3rd of February. Looks like the areas that do well in the North West Flow events will do the best with these three systems coming up. Starting tonight there are already WWA out for parts of the TN/NC boarder counties.
