    The 09Z SREF just came out on the national weather service site. It’s definitely an increase especially for 40 corridor.

    The ICON just caved to the NAM. Focus on its precip not precip type as we know ICON is always toasty.

    Yeah I’d also be leary of those snow maps snowing a minimum snow accumulations in the Lee. Radar reflectivity does not support that.

    Maybe I’m wrong but this looks like especially on the NAM that it will be flowing in mostly from the SE to the NE

    Yeah usually it’s right over head but in this setup it looks to be East of here due to the orientation of the overrunning precip.

    Just east of here where we are may get affected by downsloping but with each run of the NAM and GFS even that is fading.

    Another run, another north jog for the GFS and it’s probably not done correcting yet.
