  1. Tomorrow's going to suck. With the upper low around, some places may not get out of the 60s. Some will be stuck in the 50s. Some spots may brace for suicide weather. GFS: NAM:
  2. Well, there is another cooldown later this week. GFS is hinting a cutoff low for Memorial Day weekend. 12z: 18z:
  3. Below-normal temps look to be the rule for the upcoming week.
  4. MJO looks a bit messy for the next couple of weeks. After the middle of May:
  5. Coldest start to May, ever. 000 SXUS71 KILN 020540 RERDAY RECORD EVENT REPORT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE WILMINGTON OH 140 AM EST TUE MAY 02 2023 ...RECORD LOW MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE SET AT DAYTON OH... A RECORD LOW MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE OF 45 WAS SET AT DAYTON OH YESTERDAY, MAY 1ST. THIS BREAKS THE OLD DAILY RECORD OF 50 SET IN 1994. $$
  6. Can be worse, right? I mean, the first half of May looks trainwrecky. Won't even be able to reach 50 for the first day or two of the month.
  7. Only reached 60. Gonna be a long crappy weekend to close out April.
  8. The rest of the month is shot. Not one day above normal for the upcoming week.
  9. Changes start tomorrow. Won't get out of the 40s on Monday.
  10. Had our first 80 of the season today.
  11. Looks like a day of suicide weather today. Today's high temperature may very well not occur until later tonight.
  12. Ended as the 7th wettest March on record with near normal temperatures.
  13. Currently the 10th wettest March on record with 6.02" for this month.
  14. Definitely one of those weeks with only a few days of sun. Another overcast Friday in a row. Getting really tired of the back-to-back overcast Fridays this month. Next Friday won't be any better, either.
  15. Been in the low 40s this morning before dropping to the upper 30s for the rest of the day. Going to be a long crappy weekend ahead.
  16. Still in the 40s. With a stalled warm sector, we may very well see today's highs in the 60s as a nighttime high.
  17. First day of any measurable snowfall since January 30th with 0.1" of snow. Now we're tied for least snowiest February with 1935.
