    I haven't felt this hopeless in a long time...I feel like this winter has one more swing at producing in a big way. I can't remember a pattern so exotic that was so unlikely to pay dividends.

    Its unreal the patterns we have seen and come away with next to nothing...between December 2022, last March, last week and now early February.

    This is why forecasting snowfall on a seasonal level is such an exercise in futility. We are going to need one biggie to about a ratter and two ro sniff climo and that is a tall task after punting the first half of February and a mild March IMO looming.

    I'm starting to lose hope for this season in terms of sniffing climo snowfall ...we need something major to happen quickly mid month, or else this is destined to be another terd. Can't keep waiting patterns like this.
