Since the only issue brought up with NCEI in this thread is that their methodology adjusts modern temperatures warmer, rather than taking issue with the methodology itself, I will continue to use NCEI to highlight the ongoing warming trend in Yellow Medicine County (population 9,477)

If you commit to Lamar you can fix the issues around him in a year...two at the most. Heck, this defense is two pieces and months of therapy away from being good enough. The mental problem is bigger than the talent issue. 2) You don't jettison your franchise QB at 30 and just magically find another one. Even if he misses 3 games a year, you still have a better chance of getting a ring with him than without him. If he can throw whatever mobility he maintains will be a plus but not absolutely necessary.
