  2. The radar loop over him did look longer... it's always that trailing core that pushes amounts up when a line is pushing through. Your area got hit with those higher DBZ (dark red, ha) echoes on radarscope too, that are indicative of just torrential rain. I always enjoy how rainfall rates in that super humid air tends to follow almost exponential increases as the pixel DBZ increase.

    Winter 2025-26

aren't we due for a blizzard? it's been nine years since the last one.
  4. I noticed. That sucks. Been happening here a lot recently. Finally got a direct hit.
  5. Tapering off here. I can hear the street sewers trying to play catch up. No clue but thinking 1"+... ..
  6. Completely fell apart as it came through Easton, 0.07", going to get real crispy down this way
  7. 1.2" Bull's eye. Been forever.
  8. He’s got like 1.5” lol. .9” here.
  9. Looks like a mini train for Kevin. Finally rain there.
  10. Yes. Ripped real good for a few earlier. Knocked my neighbors closed umbrella stand - one of the ones with a 100lbs of sand in the base - taking out a gutter.
  11. Storm really coming together over Philly. Heavy rain and backbuilding too. Might pick up a quick inch
  12. Nice, those radar cores at those high DPs annd PWATS can drop some decent water in short order. Looks like DIT Kev got hit with one too.
  13. Second time we got storms from that over the past 5 days. Not much thunder though.
  14. Suddenly thunder and a quick downpour. We’ll take it! Still a total steam bath out there.
  15. Frances had an eye 80 miles wide. Not sure how that compares to others but it's gotta be one of the biggest
  16. That looked solid on radar. DBZ core seemed to peak from Quincy to Weymouth. Cool outflow boundary or front pushing out ahead of it too.
  17. Getting crushed. Heavy rain and lots of T&L. Been awhile.
  18. Gonna be probably just under an inch when done. .9ish or so.
  19. 1.25 at my house. Nice steady downpours tonight. There is no drought now with over 3.5 in the past week. The soybeans are the greenest I have seen them in a long time. Dewpoints in the 40's will be welcomed- more evening fires in the fire pit.
  20. A few flashes. It solid 3-4”/hr
