Snowing hard on the GFS/Canadian with temperatures around 15 degrees here taken verbatim.

I know this is a weenie saying and I'm definitely one, but I seriously don't mind not being in the bullseye at this point
-
When we got home to Maryland it was like a war zone. There were whole lanes of the Baltimore beltway that were not plowed.

Yeah…GEM at hour 132 shows temps of -20 in N IL, -30 around MSP, and -40 in ND. I know this model tends to overdo cold…but yikes.

Don’t give him a hat yet

Going to sleep now, y’all take the euro. I think we’re starting to see models diverging as they usually do between 5-7 days out, and then they’ll re-converge closer to a final solution at around 4 days, which takes us to Wed-Thur.

Yea, I mean...I don't necessarily mean cirrus...but I can totally envision a scenario where CT-RI-SE MA get over a foot and I have a few inches of sawdust. -
It’s amazing how well the models did tonight to avoid snow for the area
