Since the moisture is pushing all the way past Albany and into Adirondacks eventually I'm not as concerned as I normally would be with an airmass this cold and dry in place.

That wasn’t a concern of mine with this type of system, unlike 2016 when I recorded a whopping .4

Am I the only one that doesn't visit the board as much once we know it's coming? Once it starts I'll likely visit more often but just enjoying the moment and the weenies that come out of the woodwork just me away.

I really should participate more here snow or not as I have been a passionate all around weather fan since childhood. This storm reminds me a bit of March 2017.

With these events it’s really shows how different it is up here in comparison to areas in & around NYC. In the grand scheme of things, we aren’t that far lol but weather wise we might as well live on the tug hill lol

My area seems to be close to where the transition could reach (discounting the NAM), but it should also be poundtown for a while before then. A solid 12+ is what I’m thinking for just west of MMU.
