No wind and snowpack is helping with the radiational cooling.

gravitylover
Mornings like this really show microclimate details well. I see temps within 3 miles as low as -6 to as high as the 8° I have now. At one point right before sunrise the spread was 15°!

I was fun looking at the varaince in all of te local temps earlier this morning. -5 was my low, while Legoland, 7 miles away had a low of 3. I reference that one because they have a Davis station as well.

CPcantmeasuresnow
Hit -1 yesterday morning so it's good to get that out of the way for this Winter. I just got back from a long journey into the Main Forum. Such an odd place. Everyone seems to reference where they live as the only place that exists in current setups and past winters. It's good to be home.
