I have no idea how we do in these type events since I havent experienced one here. Hoping we can hang on to the snow and get a couple of inches before the sleet. I have water turned off in my condo at the master valve inside my unit. Assuming power goes out so there's no heat, can pipes still burst? Should I turn the water off at the master valve and then drain the water by running the sink until there is no water flowing?
