suzook
High of 85 with low humidity and a cool breeze yesterday. This weather is perfect! Looks like mid to uppper 80's in the foreseeable future. Hoping the humidity stays low. The only downside is no precip in sight. We have had .08" of precip the last 4 weeks. marsman
.45" overnight. Impressive, since next to none was forecast. We hit 75F yesterday at 3:10pm.

suzook
Hit 89 today. 89 this time of year actually feels great, especially with the lower humidity and cooler nights. Summer is back, a long with 2 more weeks of no rain for me. Dry as fk...grass is brown, trees dropping leaves. Definitely drought conditions here.

Today’s mid 80s felt pretty decent due to a nice NE breeze and dewpoints in the low 60s. It was nice enough to get me to do an impromptu walk at the park. In stark contrast to your area due to over double the normal Aug rains and plentiful rains May-July overall, our water tables are getting a much needed break with the mainly dry (only 0.9” MTD).
yotaman
Picked up .02" yesterday and .01" at 4:20 am today. High of 81 after a low of 64. Felt nice out there with the lower humidity.
NorthHillsWx
Dipped down to 53.5 this morning. Took the kids for a walk and it felt amazing. Great day for watching football with a bunch of big games this afternoon
yotaman Posted yesterday at 01:43 AM Share Posted yesterday at 01:43 AM Low of 63, high of 80. This incredible September weather is sure welcomed but we could use some rain
yotaman
Low once again of 63. High of 77. The stiff NE breeze had me putting on a jacket this morning. Sun finally came out this afternoon.
WinstonSalemArlington
For all the hype about the return of summer, this warmth has been lackluster. Today it reached a high of 82 in the Triad, which is the normal high.
GaWx
I walked outside again at the park just like I did late afternoon Fri. I had low 70s temps and dewpoints of 60. Despite no breeze, I didn’t sweat at all and actually could feel a very slight chill!

Everyone's lawn is toast, and oak trees dropping leaves. People on the coast should get some with that low though. High 80's with some low 90's thrown in for my area for the next few weeks. gman
No rain in the forecast for at least the next 10 days. What will it take to break the cycle?

Need a tropical system which seems unlikely. No, I am not wishing for a Hurricane, but a nice tropical system to dump 3to4 inches would be nice. My plants around my house are looking pretty bad. I remember complaining about the non stop rain in June. The precip pattern is all or nothing.
