Blizz, shut your ears and eyes, but the record for high temp on Christmas day, at MDT, is 66 in 1889.  In play tomorrow per the latest runs I looked at.

MDT also simply needs to go from their current .23 to .24, in the precip department, to not tie the lowest Dec ever.  Assuming my eyes caught the lowest from the list.

Very nice look with the storm transferring offshore by the time it reaches our latitude.
Like you and @paweather said, plenty of time for some small changes to get a good snow hit here on the 2nd & 3rd.

Ugh...and I have to do three Tower City to Sunbury loads (usually only do two per day) to make up for the missed ones this week. If we get any kind of accumulating snow, it's going to make for a long ass day for me...

I see plenty of cold in the long range on the GFS.
Look at how the run ends. The trough is in the east with a pipeline of Cold Highs to the north and northwest that are feeding in.

Yeah, it’s honestly a back and forth, more progressive pattern which isn’t terrible. And I liked the ending.

Yep I like it as well.
