I just don't get having to be pessimistic going into this. But to each his own.

We’re deff in a strengthening nina state though with a more northern stream dominated weather pattern though? So we can rule out a few things.

The only slam-dunk limiting factors that I see are:

1) La nina will be moderate, not weak

2) La nina is basin wide, and has not remained relegated to the east basin.

3) QBO is positive.

None of those are death knells.

Yep, all 3 were true in 2010-2011.
