The days leading up to 2/3 and weekend 5/6 look warm-hot and humid, Lots of high 80s - low 90s potential. Sat - Mon and with enough sun the hotter spots get to 90 or above, especially Monday with another area of 850 MB temps >18c crossing through. Storms bring locally > 1 inch and perhaps up to 2 inches focus later tonight, Sunday night and Tuesday afternoon. Beyond there the drier / warm 3rd and 4th. The 5/6 weekend is a mix pending. Likewise, I remember how cool 1986 was not just in July, but also in August, very clear haze free cool skies for my very first Perseid meteor shower (four straight nights in mid August) !!!!
