NORTH CENTRAL HALL COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF TEXAS... * UNTIL 615 PM CDT * AT 541 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO WAS LOCATED 7 MILES WEST OF MEMPHIS...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH. Put extreme CAPE on top of good directional shear and just a little bit of LLJ support in this area, and it seems to drop large, slow moving tornadoes.
