MOST AREAS SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 80 WILL SEE SNOW BY 9 PM. THE SNOW WILL BE HEAVY AT TIMES BY MIDNIGHT. PERSONS TRAVELING SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR A WIDE RANGE OF CONDITIONS AND ALLOW EXTRA TRAVEL TIME.
