  1. Oh you’re going all the way I imagine a tropical home on the coast of Brazil
  2. GFS again with a heavy rain event from the potential homebrew
  3. Well I think last winter fit the climo of Richmond so nobody would be missing much moving south of the Mason-Dixon Line.
  4. I just like the transition. It doesn’t bother me at all because it’ll change back when it’s time. My first thought was that we’ll flip to warm/dry November 15 through April 15th
  5. Everything above normal. Impressive.
  6. Love how Kev is now on team @RUNNAWAYICEBERG wishing for COC to spare his seed.
  7. Yeah keeps the heaviest mostly offshore. Still thinking tomorrow is pretty wet. At least an inch here I think.
  8. Great game. PAC wayyy after dark. So glad football is back.
  9. Yeah pretty solid homebrew/hybrid signal for next weekend off the SE coast.
  10. Agree with Tip—next weekend has homebrew/hybrid potential. Pretty good cross guidance signal for some kind of development off the SE coast. Coastal season starting early?
  11. I don’t think Steve is in the let’s get hit camp lol.
  12. We have Nigel. Staying below MH will be big for the forecast, though I think I’ll end up too low with NS at this point. We’ll see. WxWatcher007 Peak Season Forecast (Aug 20-Oct 20) Named Storms: 13 (10) Hurricanes: 6 (4) Major Hurricanes: 3 (3) Emily, Franklin (MH), Gert, Harold, Idalia (MH), Jose, Katia, Lee (MH), Margot (H), Nigel
  13. Too far east as @dryslot said, weakening cane undergoing a late(ish) ET transition as @40/70 Benchmark talked about. For a big hit you need either a strong cane rocketing up the coast, or a trough interaction that provides a baroclinic assist that halts the usual unraveling a la Isaías a few years ago.
  14. Struggling so far. If it doesn’t become a major that’d be huge for my peak season forecast lol.
  15. Pretty potent low it looks like on the GFS/Euro for early next week. Another soaker?
  16. Dorian produced the greatest sunset I’ve ever seen, but this isn’t bad at all. Unedited
