    NWS has the forecast low temperature for Monday at 28F. That's a late season freeze.

    37F here currently with a frost advisory for Sunday night into Monday. Leaf out has been slow with cold overnight temperatures and the freeze last Monday.

    I didn't go based on the cloud forecast. Here in Connecticut, it's sunny right now with some high cirrus clouds. A more substantial cloud deck is visible to the West. Hopefully we get to see the eclipse in Connecticut.

    I'm considering staying home. I'm handicapped and not the best at driving in traffic. It's sounds like N New England is one of the few places that might have somewhat clear skies. So it's bound to be crowded.

    The latest forecast I saw. Has only extreme Northern New Hampshire, Norteastern Vermont and Maine being clear for the eclipse.

    Light snow continues here and 35F. It's melting now with the high sun angle. Kinda surprised it snowed at all here in the valley.

    I'm considering driving to Plattsburgh on Monday morning. There in the centerline and right now have a 17% chance for cloud cover. I just hope it's not crazy crowded driving up. It's about 4 hrs from my house.

    Sugarloaf looks to be cashing in on this storm. I saw a forecast calling for 12-18". That should set them up for a Regaee week with lot's of snow cover.

    I'm looking at the Sugarloaf webcams. And all the upper mountain lifts are closed. The flags on the beach are whipping in the wind.

    I got vertigo skiing at Mt Batchelor years ago. Skiing from the summit and no trees to give the snow much definition.
