Probably tomorrow night a freeze watch will be issued for Suffolk and not Nassau, even though the rural areas of Nassau will be just as cold as Suffolk. This happens every year.
45 this morning. Looks like rain Saturday, wind Sunday. Early next week probably coldest temperature of the season for some and mild at the end of the week.

I was in the bullseye for this rain. Just to my west and east by a few miles and there was at least a 1/2 inch less. I had to double check my 1.82 inches but I have a second station that recorded 1.86 inches and the nearest station to me about a mile to my north reported 1.83 inches.
