    ? DCA is at 7" total snow at 312... and 3-4 of that comes tomorrow supposedly i81 and go west is where the snow is on those days

    One day of mid 40s after numerous cold days and nights isn't going to magically make the ground super warm... the snow will still accumulate on the roads pretty quickly after starting/changover

    Yes... but most I have spoken with this morning are expecting just what we call snow TV or maybe a dusting at most. 2-4" (if that were to be the amounts forecasted later today) is a big change

    Interesting... 12z RGEM hangs some light snow around into the evening time period -- 21z or so ETA -- I see why... front is slower than the NAM twins

    Hmmmm... 12z NAM drops 0.4" QPF at DCA between 12z and 18z (which is between hr 24 and 30)

    I'd expect a WWA from LWX sometime in the next few hours for most of the region... especially for the metros with the "1 inch rush hour rule"

    I'd say around 20 percent of the 06z EPS have DCA over 6" of snow in next 96 hours... still a few have DCA near 12"
