* WHAT...Snow. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches, with
localized amounts up to 6 inches.
* WHERE...Portions of north central Maryland, central, northern,
northwest and western Virginia and eastern West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 5 AM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow may fall at 1 inch or greater per hour
overnight. Visibility will drop down to one quarter mile or
less during the heaviest snow.
