    My driveway (luckily there's another way out), not healthy stuff but on the ground nonetheless. Route 207 is still closed in Campbell Hall this morning. All four sides of the house got drenched in water when that storm came through. Peak rainfall rate of 16.94" at 9:10pm.

    I just got back from New Hampshire and did see a few small red maple leaves on the ground while hiking this week. Along NYS Route 7 there were a couple maples turning a nice shade of red already, I shit you not, but judging by the bark, while driving past at 60mph mind you, they appeared to be older trees but who knows? We all know how eye ball measuring goes…
