    Starting to get late...we're now out to the 2nd week in Feb...time starting to run out especially with the lack of cold. Lack of cold can work in Jan/early Feb-later, not likely

    could be a rain to snow storm if it were to be a slow mover-anything fast will outrun the incoming colder air mass. We finally get a nice track and then have no cold air! Can't make this stuff up.

    2-4 is a good bet, CT and HV 3-5. South facing shores less, maybe 1-2
