Agreed I'd never spend money on a beach house in the northeast this time of year. Have to get to at least 6/20 for best weather and like you said 7/4....ocean's warm by then too.

New NAM has a low right into NYC Sunday-so maybe Monday will be the salvage day which is good for parades and BBQ's. Inches of rain for many here b/w Friday night and Sunday night

Euro is crappy for SNE all the way back to NYC for late Sunday into all day Monday with rains....only dry period is Sat into Sun....

RGEM further south and lighter amts but still a good drink-some differences in timing-NAM/EURO have rain later Friday vs the GFS/RGEM which are about 6 hrs earlier. -

Just turned 50. Can't drink nearly as much as I could even 5 yrs ago. Agree the hangover the next day isn't worth it-weekends are short enough even on a good day
